Sustainable delivery with Post.NL within the Netherlands for only 4,95

We hand process orders daily from Monday-Friday and give the packages over to Postnl at the end of the afternoon for delivery. Postnl usually delivers the next day in the Benelux. Shipments with Postnl are offered Monday to Saturday, generally from 08:00 to 18:00.

To receive your package on Saturday, the order needs to be in before 13.30 on Friday.

The fee for shipping with Post.NL is €4,95 per order for delivery in the Netherlands.

Post.NL will inform you by email about the day of delivery. On the day of delivery you will receive an indication at what time you can expect the driver.

If you are not at home, the driver will try to deliver your package to one of your neighbours.

If this does not work out as well, your package will be forwarded to a pick up point in your neighbourhood. The driver will leave a note with the address, Postnl will inform you when it is delivered at the pick up point.

Presenting an ID is necessary to pick up your parcel from a parcelshop.

Your package must be picked up with in 7 days.

Carbon neutral pick up at a Postnl pick up point

You can also choose to deliver your packlage directly to a Pick up pointby Post.NL. If you want to pick up your parcel at a shop, please choose this option during checkout. You will find the nearest locations listed. Post.NL notifys you by e-mail when your package is ready at the selected parcelshop. Transit times are the same compared to delivery at your home.

There is a weight restriction is a maximum weight of 20kgs.

Packages need to be picked up at the Pickup point within 7 days.

CO2-neutral delivery with DPD within the Netherlands, €4.25

Every working day wehand process all orders and transfer them over to DPD by the end of the afternoon for environmentally friendly delivery. DPD normally delivers your package the next working day throughout the Benelux, usually between 08.00h and 18.00h.

Orders can also be environmentally friendly delivered on Saturdays. To receive your shipment on Saturday, please select Saturday Delivery. We need to receive your order at the latest on Friday before 13.30h.

DPD will inform you in advance about the day of delivery. On the day of delivery you will receive a time indication with a timeframe of a few hours. If the driver is not at home, we will try to offer the shipment to your neighbors.

If this also fails, the shipment will be delivered to a DPD Pick UP Shop in your neighborhood. In that case the driver will leave a message in your mailbox with the address of the DPD Pick UP Shop.

You will receive a notification from DPD when the shipment has been delivered here, after which you can pick up the package on presentation of an identity document.

Your order must be picked up within 7 days.

Shipping Abroad

Shipping to addresses outside the Netherlands will go through our shipping partner Post.NL. Again Post.NL offers you a quick and assured service for a fixed fee. For example, a shipment to Belgium costs €5,25 per order. For many other destinations you will find the shipping listed at the checkout. Please keep in mind that weight restriction do apply to the international shipping fees.

Returns

Returns may be made with KoffiePiraat . You have up to 14 days time for your shipment to be returned to us. Please inform us via email at [email protected] about your return before sending it back.

For quality and safety only unopened and undamaged packaging may be returned.

Excluded from the right to cancel is a consumer purchase that involves the delivery of:
- products that spoil quickly or have a limited shelf life;

- products that are not suitable to be returned for reasons of health protection or hygiene and whose seal has been broken after delivery;
