This Barbera Classica is a blend of Arabica and Robusta, with Arabica being the main ingredient for approximately 75%. The beans are carefully selected by Barbera, which contributes to the very tasteful and balanced character of this Classica. The blend of 5 Single Origins that Caffè Barbera has used (including high quality Robustas) mainly have their origins in India, Uganda and Central America. Each variety is individually roasted. Roasting happens carefully and slow to ensure optimum flavor development. The blending of the Classica happens after roasting. This ensures Barbera is able to deliver a consistently high quality coffee. The Classica is a typical southern Italian coffee, Neapolitan style: substantially flavored and perfectly balanced.
