Caffè Molinari has given this blend of 70% Arabica and 30% Robusta the name Tradizione Oro.
As far as we are concerned, the right name for a typical Bar-quality coffee with an intense aroma and a dense, persistent crema layer.
In the taste of the Caffè Molinari Tradizione Oro has a nice balance between sweet (chocolate) and a very light characteristic Arabica acidity.
A coffee with an intense aroma as it should be. Molinari previously sold the Tradizione Oro under the flag of their Cinque Stelle range, or the 5-star coffees.
