-The Italian marketleader Lavazza has used a blend of 70% Arabica and 30% Robusta to create this Caffè Decaffeinato coffee beans. Obviously Lavazza has made no concessions to the quality of the beans used here as well. The Caffè Decafeinnato is roasted to medium strength, creating a coffee that has a rich and full flavor. Not overly spicy, but not mild at the same time. The crema this Caffè Decaffeinato gives, is wonderfully solid.
-Lavazza used a natural process to remove the caffeine from the beans, in which the caffeine portion adheres to carbon dioxide.
