As the name suggests, Pellini TOP is the most exclusive blend of the Italian roaster Pellini. A blend composed of 100% Arabica beans, indeed of the highest quality. The 6-8 different Arabicas that are used, are all certified organic according to EU Directive 2092/91. Pellini also uses only the last harvest of the season. This will allow the beans to get the most full-bodied flavor. To maximize the individual tastes of the various Arabica coffees optimally, they are individually roasted and then blended. The result is a particularly tasteful coffee with a very low acidity and at the same time a low caffeine content. The Pellini TOP is a well-balanced coffee which leaves a pleasantly sweet aftertaste on the tongue. Despite the mild character, it is still a good base for a nice cappuccino. The intensive but also mild flavor make the Pellini TOP a premium Italian with an international appeal.
