Koffiepiraat has consciously chosen Post NL and DPD for the delivery of your orders. They will send your package carefully and quickly. You as a customer will also be kept informed of the progress of the delivery process.

Pick up in the Netherlands at a Post NL store, €5.25

You can choose to send your package directly to a Post NL Pickup point. The shipping fee for this simple service is only €4.95 per order within the Netherlands. Post NL has a closed network of pick-up locations throughout the Netherlands. If you want to pick up your shipment here, choose this option during the checkout process. Please note that you also select the desired Pickup point. Post NL will notify you by e-mail when your package is ready at the pick-up point. Post NL Pickup points are delivered from Tuesday to Saturday. The processing time is just as fast as when you choose delivery to your home address. The only restriction is that your shipment may not weigh more than 20 kg. Your shipment will remain available at the Pickup point for a maximum of 10 days.

CO2 neutral delivery with DPD within the Netherlands, €4.25

Every working day we process placed orders and transfer them to your chosen parcel service at the end of the afternoon. DPD normally offers your package the next working day in the entire Benelux, usually between 08:00 and 18:00. Orders are also offered on Saturdays. In order to receive your shipment on Saturday, we must have your order in our possession by 13:30 on Friday at the latest. The costs for delivery with DPD are €4.25 per order. Shipping costs apply to each order.

Shipping outside the Netherlands

Shipping to addresses outside the Netherlands is done via our shipping partner Post NL. For example, you can ship to Belgium for €5.95 per order. For many other destinations, you will find the shipping costs listed during the checkout process. Please also take into account maximum weights for international shipments.

Returns

Returns can be made at Koffiepiraat. You have up to 14 days after delivery to notify us of any returns.

We can only accept and refund unopened and undamaged packaging. The shipping costs for returns are at your own expense.

The origin of Allenbrand's

Allenbrand's Gourmet Popcorn is a true family business. Joshua's (owner of Allenbrands) father started the company about 25 years ago in America. Joshua started helping make popcorn when he was 12 years old. He soon adopted his father's passion for popcorn.

Allenbrand's in the Netherlands

Joshua met his wife Mirjam in Kansas and she also had a great love for the popcorn business. Together they discussed the possibilities of also selling the popcorn in the Netherlands. When they decided to move to the Netherlands, they took the popcorn with them and opened an Allenbrand's Gourmet Popcorn shop in Dordrecht. Here in the Netherlands, Allenbrand's is available in many different locations. Think of events, but also cinemas or on the menu in restaurants. Flavors such as Caramel-Coffee and Red Velvet Cake do very well here.

Typical

The popcorn market in the Netherlands is very small and the existing market often supplies large companies. Allenbrand's is smaller, uses family recipes with the best ingredients and everything is handmade. This is what really sets Allenbrand's apart from other popcorn brands. “The Netherlands is open to new things,” says Joshua. "Sometimes people come in who don't even like popcorn, but they leave with a smile on their face and a new favorite flavor of popcorn."

The future

Joshua hopes that Allebrand's will be available in more places in the future. It also thinks of a pop-up shops. In addition, he hopes to keep his loyal customers and of course to see new, happy faces who come to visit his store. In addition to Popcorn, Allenbrand's also makes cotton candy and can be booked for events.
