Eco-friendly delivery options – Koffiepiraat's green approach!
Ahoy, coffee lovers! At Koffiepiraat, we ensure your treasures (a.k.a. delicious coffee and treats) arrive as sustainably and efficiently as possible. Read how we do it here!
Sustainable delivery with PostNL within the Netherlands – €5.95
⚓ Your order will be carefully packaged and handed over to our delivery partner PostNL every weekday afternoon. They will usually deliver it to you the next business day.
📦 You can choose home delivery or direct delivery to a PostNL Pick-up Point near you. Both options cost €5.95. You can find them in the checkout screen. ⏳ On the day of delivery, you will receive a message with an estimated time, so you don't have to be on the lookout all day.
🏠 Not home? The PostNL driver will try your neighbors. If that's not possible, your package will be delivered to a PostNL collection point. You'll receive a notification and a card in your mailbox with the collection address.
📜 As soon as your package is ready, you'll receive a message from PostNL. Don't forget to bring ID to collect your treasure! You have 5 days to do so.
CO₂-neutral delivery with DPD within the Netherlands – €4.95
🌱 For an even greener route, choose DPD. They deliver your order CO₂-neutrally within the Netherlands and the entire Benelux region!
🚀 We process orders every business day and hand them over to DPD in the afternoon. You'll usually receive your package the next business day, between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM.
📦 Need delivery on Saturday? Choose Saturday delivery and make sure your order arrives before 1:00 PM on Friday.
🔔 On the day of delivery, you'll receive a message with a time estimate, so you'll know when your treasure will arrive.
🏠 Not at home? The DPD driver will try your neighbors. If that's not possible, the package will be sent to a DPD Pick-up Shop near you. You'll receive a notification and a card in your mailbox with the pickup address.
📜 As soon as your package is there, DPD will notify you. Bring proof of identity and collect your order within 5 days.
💰 The cost for this eco-friendly delivery option is €4.95 per order.
International shipping – Koffiepiraat crosses the border!
🏴☠️ Live outside the Netherlands? No worries, we ship internationally too!
📍 For Belgium, the shipping costs are €6.99 per order. For other countries, you can see the shipping costs in the checkout screen.
⚖️ Please note: international shipments sometimes have a maximum weight. If in doubt, send us a message at klantenservice@koffiepiraat.nl, and we'll work with you to find the best option for your order.
Returns – what if you want to return the treasure?
Sometimes a treasure turns out differently than expected, and we understand that. That's why you can return your order within 14 days, provided the packaging is unopened and undamaged.
❌ Excluded from returns: Products that spoil quickly or have a limited shelf life Opened packaging for hygienic reasons
