Koffiepiraat was founded in 2011 because our founder, Heidi, was getting a bit frustrated with the limited supply of coffee. There are so many great coffee roasters that make delicious coffee, that are not available in the supermarket. She wanted to change that and that is how Koffiepiraat was born! You can now buy a large selection of different coffee, ESE servings, coffee capsules, tea and coffee beans from us.

Our goal is to spread a little happiness worldwide. We do this by supplying a wide range of coffee beans, coffee pads, ESE pads, capsules and ground coffee from various A-brand coffee roasters, at competitive prices. We strive to convey the same happy feeling as a nice cup of coffee does! That is why it is important to us to make our customers happy. We do this through our quality products, competitive prices and fast delivery!

One team, one task

In addition, we also find it important to make our partners, or suppliers, and our team, or crew, happy. Offering quality coffee to as large an audience as possible is not something we do alone. Our partners ensure that we have our delicious products in stock and contribute to the sustainability of Koffiepiraat. So we also want to make sure that our suppliers are happy so that they perform at their best.

The same goes for our team! It is our top priority that our orders reach the customer as quickly as possible. However, it is also our top priority that our team is happy! We consist of a team of 7 people, from different nationalities and backgrounds. Koffiepiraat cares about its crew and finds it important that everyone has enough time to spend with their family and is paid enough for their work. For example, working on the weekends is voluntary and everyone works at the times that suit them best.

When this triangle is completely in balance, we are truly satisfied. This balance means that we not only work together to make the customers who buy our coffee and coffee beans as happy as possible, but that we also contribute to the world. That makes us all happy!
