Chris from Spotter talks about the new line of Cold Brew Coffee

Cold brew coffee is becoming increasingly popular in the Netherlands and we understand why. This coffee, which is cold brewed, is a delicious drink. Chris previously talked about Spotter Cold Brew Coffee , but now tells us about the new Spotter Cold Brew Coffee line.

The Beginning of Spotter

Chris came up with the idea to bring Cold Brew coffee to the Dutch market. Three years ago he started building this up and a year later Spotter came on the market. When Chris saw Cold Brew coffee in Australia, he wanted to introduce it to the Netherlands. And this is working out very well, because Cold Brew Coffee is sold in more and more places.

The new line of Spotter

Chris always had in mind that it would be good to let people choose between different flavors. It took some puzzling to decide which flavors these would be, but eventually three came out: Suburbia , the Park and Downtown . “We wanted a bit of an urban and hip concept and these names eventually came out of that,” says Chris.

The flavors

The Suburbia is most similar to the original Spotter Cold Brew coffee. This one has a bit of a chocolatey tone. The Park is a bit more fruity and Downtown has more of a spicy taste. So something for everyone. The names are also really linked to the flavor profiles and what comes with it. “By trying a lot, we eventually came up with these flavors.”

The Future

For now, Chris is sticking to these three new flavors and wants to focus on new points of sale. Chris hopes that Spotter will become more accessible to more people, for example by selling it at more coffee shops. In any case, we know that a Cold Brew coffee from Spotter is always a good idea.
