Delicious Chai Tea Latte

Chai Tea is becoming increasingly popular and we understand why. This delicious variant of tea often has a spicy taste and is delicious at any time of the day. From honey to ginger, there are many flavors on the market. The chai tea latte from Dolce Gusto is unfortunately no longer available, but luckily we still have a lot of other variants.

What is chai tea?

Chai tea, or chai latte comes from South Asia and is a spicy drink. Literally, chai tea means “mixed herbal tea”. The tea often has a sweet taste. According to the original recipe, you make chai tea in a pan with water or milk, with the fresh tea leaves, herbs and spices. You can also replace the milk with a milk substitute, such as soy milk or oat milk.

Instant chai

In the Netherlands too, we are drinking more and more chai tea. Nowadays, there are also a lot of instant chai teas. They are ready in no time, perfect for a day of working from home, for example. Add a bag of chai tea to some hot water, milk or milk substitute and you are ready to drink it.

Unfortunately, the chai tea from Dolce Gusto is no longer available, but we do have many other delicious flavors.
