Nescafé has chosen three different variants for the Absolute Origins coffee capsules. All variants come from organic farming directly from Latin America. The organically grown coffee is 100% Arabica beans. The three flavours are:

An intense espresso from Cajamarca in Peru
A soft espresso from Corquin in Honduras
A delicate Lungo from the Colombian Sierra Nevada

The packaging is recognizable by its metallic packaging with a figure that is characteristic of the country of origin. The coffee each has a unique aroma for a fresh, fragrant cup of coffee.

Each coffee in this collection is unique with its own story. This makes you want to try all the variations. Below is a short overview per coffee.

Espresso Peru

This espresso is grown in the highlands of the Peruvian province of Cajamarca. The special thing about this organic coffee is that it is grown according to the traditions of the Minga. This method is based on a philosophy of mutual help and respect. The care of the coffee farmers and the unique climate ensure a coffee of exceptional quality. The intense aromas consist of pink pepper, liquorice, wood and hints of blackcurrant.

Espresso Honduras

This coffee comes from the Corquin region of Honduras. The region is known for its unique aromas and distinctive flavors. Nescafé states that the coffee is grown in harmony with nature, as the area is surrounded by tropical forests. The result is a soft, round espresso with notes of dark chocolate and wood.

Long Colombia

The lungo comes from the steep mountains of the Sierra Nevada. Here, the descendants of the Tayrona tribe work as coffee farmers. This coffee is therefore made and grown according to the traditional philosophy of the tribe. The aroma of the lungo consists of notes of nutmeg, almond and roasted barley.
