Do you already know the Dutch Caféclub?
It doesn't matter if the name doesn't ring a bell. The company used to be mainly active in Germany. However, Caféclub is now expanding worldwide. This Dutch company has been an expert in blending, roasting and packaging the best coffees for years and is also available at Koffie Piraat. Read the story of this special company here.
Quality at the best possible price
Caféclub is a real Dutch company that has chosen the German market. Of course, they did not just choose any market. Caféclub offers coffee with quality for a good price. This is exactly what the critical German consumer is looking for. In the meantime, the Dutch company is no longer limited to Germany. Many retailers all over Europe and even the Dutch market know where to find the coffee roaster. This is not surprising when you consider that Caféclub has the largest professional coffee roastery in Europe.
Coffee with a Dutch touch
Caféclub specializes in quality coffee products. The company has had a strong position in the coffee pad market from the beginning. Caféclub products meet all quality certificates such as ISO, HACCP, BRC and the Grüne Punkt.
Caféclub has three different coffee beans in its range: the milder Schümli coffee beans, dark roasted Caféclub Espresso and the Caféclub Crema Extra coffee beans. In terms of flavour strength, Caféclub Crema Extra is between the Schümli and Caféclub Espresso. These beans are perfect for a latte or cappuccino, but this product is also popular for 'regular' coffee.
Sustainable enjoyment
Quality is not the only thing Caféclub stands for. Caféclub processes exclusively coffee beans obtained through fair trade in its products. These products carry the UTZ quality mark. UTZ Certified is a quality mark that is on coffee, tea, cocoa and hazelnuts from farmers with an eye for people and the environment. These farmers use fewer pesticides on crops and guarantee good working conditions for their workers. UTZ Certified has grown into the largest quality mark in the field of coffee due to social aspects, good control and transparency of the organization. However, it is a shame that only 10% of all coffee is grown according to the UTZ Certified guidelines.
