-Mocambo Suprema,this is the mid-range coffee crafted by Caffè Mocambo. However, the quality and the flavor are anything but a middle class! The origin of the beans used is exclusively South American and Indian, which makes for a very nuanced flavor. These nuances in flavor are very well preserved by the application of the 'slow-roast ' roasting method of Mocambo Suprema. The percentage of Arabica beans in this blend is 70%. A balanced coffee full of zest. This blend combines the  spicy flavor of the Brasilia and mild smooth character of the Mocambo Gran Bar.

-This Mocambo Suprema is enjoyable as Cafè Cream, yet has enough body to create a delicious Cappuccino or Latte.
