What do we ask of you?
- Do not abuse the vulnerability
- Do not download, modify, or delete any data
- Do not share the vulnerability with others before it has been resolved
- Do not use availability attacks such as DDoS attacks
- Respect the privacy of our customers
What can you expect from us?
When you report a vulnerability responsibly:
- We will confirm receipt of your report
- We will investigate the issue as quickly as possible
- We will keep you informed of the progress where possible
- We will treat your report confidentially
What information would we like to receive?
- A description of the vulnerability
- The location where the problem was found
- Any steps to reproduce the problem
- Screenshots if relevant
