By changing the colour of the capsules, Dolce Gusto is responding to the fact that black plastic is more difficult to recycle than brown plastic. This change means that global plastic use is decreasing and Dolce Gusto is making a contribution in this way. The greater goal of Nestlé as a brand is to minimise the impact on the environment and the planet as much as possible. In addition, the aim is to improve the lives of coffee farmers and their families. Steps are being taken continuously in this regard. Replacing the black capsules with brown capsules is one of them in terms of the environment.
