How to leave a Koffiepiraat review

Reviews, who doesn't read them. Reviews are a great way to see if a product/website is reliable. But for KoffiePiraat the reviews are just as valuable as for the (future) buyers. It is a handy way for us to see what we do well and where our points of improvement lie. In this article we explain step by step how you can review our website and the products.

Would you like to leave a review for our website? This is possible via the homepage of KoffiePiraat.

Step 1: Go to magento-804129-2754694.cloudwaysapps.com. Are you already on our website? Then click on our logo at the top left. You will also end up on our homepage.

Step 2: In the blue bar at the top right you will see the number of customer reviews. The number of stars can be found next to “Daily Shipping”. Click on the number of stars to leave a review.

Step 3: Don't be alarmed, you will now be automatically redirected to a new website called Kiyoh . KoffiePiraat works together with Kiyoh for reliable reviews. On this page you will see all the reviews of KoffiePiraat.

Step 4: Do you want to leave a review yourself? Click on the orange button with “Review”. This button can be found at the top of the page.

Step 5: Here you can write a comment. Only official customers are allowed to give a review. This way we know for sure that our reviews come from our customers. At the end of the review you will be asked to fill in your first name/company and place. You are not obliged to fill in this information. Remember that this information will be visible on the review if you do.

Step 6: Did you fill in everything correctly? Then you can send the review by clicking on "Send" at the bottom. Don't forget to agree to the terms and conditions first. It is possible that the review is not immediately visible on the website. Don't worry, your review will automatically appear on the website.

Review product

In addition to a review for the website, it is also possible to review a product. You do not have to go to another website for this. This is easily done via the product page.

Step 1: Go to the KoffiePiraat website and search for the product you want to review. Quickly search for the right product? At the top of the homepage there is a handy search bar. This way you can find the coffee of your choice faster.

Step 2: You are now on the product page. Here you can see all the information about the product. Next to the image you can also see the number of stars for this product. Are there no stars to be found yet? Then no review has been written for this product yet. So you are the first!

Step 3: At the bottom of the page, you will find the heading Reviews. Reviews can be found between the product information and the shipping information. Click on the word “Reviews”. A new screen will now pop out.

Step 4: It is time to write the review. Rate the product on Price, Satisfaction and Quality. In addition, it is also possible to write a piece of text with the review. This can be as long as you want.

It is mandatory to fill in a Screen Name. Would you rather remain anonymous? Then you can fill in your own made-up name

Step 5: Are you done with the review? Then it is time to send the review. Don't forget to fill in the reCAPTCHA first to prove that you are not a robot. Send the review by clicking on the orange button.
