Each variety has its own unique coffee blend. The blending of Arabica and Robusta coffee beans and the roasting technics create distinctive flavors. If you prefer a spicy flavor you should choose a dark roast blend with some Robusta coffee beans. For example Alberto for the espresso enthusiast or Segafredo Intermezzo for lovers of traditional coffee. The milder blends are smoother in flavor and have a greater ratio of Arabica beans.
