Caffè Barbera 1870 Blend Coffee Beans – 1kg – Arabica & Robusta from Brazil and Indonesia

The Caffè Barbera 1870 Blend is a traditional Italian coffee blend with a balanced combination of Arabica and Robusta beans. This blend is carefully composed of coffee originating from:

  • Brazil – for a soft, round taste with notes of chocolate and nuts
  • Indonesia – for extra body, intensity, and a slightly spicy character

Thanks to this combination, a coffee with a full body, firm crema, and a pleasant, long-lasting finish is created. The blend is suitable for lovers of strong espresso, but also performs well in cappuccino and other milk varieties.

Thanks to Caffè Barbera's traditional roasting process, the coffee retains its aromatic complexity and authentic Italian character.

Brand intro

Caffè Barbera Caffè Barbera is one of Italy's oldest coffee roasters, founded in 1870 in Southern Italy by Domenico Barbera. What began with a small manual roaster grew into a global coffee brand that is now active in more than 80-100 countries. From the start, it was all about one thing: perfect Italian espresso. Domenico Barbera – also known as the “coffee wizard” – laid the foundation for a tradition of quality, craftsmanship, and consistent flavor that has now been continued by the family for 6 generations. The real growth came in the 20th century, when the family opened a modern roastery in Naples – the birthplace of Italian espresso. From there, Caffè Barbera built a distribution network throughout Italy and later internationally. What makes Caffè Barbera unique is the combination of: 🔥 Traditional Neapolitan roasting techniques 🧪 Scientific approach to coffee (since the 1950s) 🌍 Selection of top beans from Brazil, Ethiopia, and Central America, among others To this day, the blends are slowly and separately roasted and then mixed according to original family recipes. This ensures that characteristic Barbera flavor: full, creamy, low in acidity, and perfectly balanced. In addition, the brand is officially recognized as an Italian historical trademark, a status granted only to companies with a strong cultural and economic connection to Italy.
